Please be patient and courteous during our interactions by giving me the time and space I need to complete my work. I reserve the right to decline orders for any reason.

I am not currently accepting custom orders. If you are interested in custom work, please join my newsletter to hear when commissions are reopened.

Shipping

Orders will be packed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase confirmation. They are sent via USPS priority mail, and you will receive a tracking number once shipped. At this time, I am unable to offer shipping outside of the United States.

Returns & Refunds

I do my best to give a full representation of my work through well-lit photos and accurate dimensions.

• I do not accept returns for aesthetic/stylistic reasons. If you are unsure regarding details of an available item, please contact me for clarification prior to purchasing.

• If you have non-aesthetic concerns regarding your item upon receiving it, please contact me within 48 hours of the package’s arrival to discuss your concerns. Depending on the issue, I cannot guarantee a return/refund.

• If your order arrives damaged, you are entitled to a refund. Please contact me within 48 hours of the package’s arrival to initiate the refund process. You must include photos of the damaged item with your refund request; if there is damage to the box it was shipped in, include photos of the box as well. I do not consider refunds for damaged items after the 48 hours have passed.
